Garlic and cayenne can be added to salads, which are an excellent source of daily fiber, they go well in soups, mashed potatoes, etc. You can get creative with them. You may even take them with you when you eat out. They can be placed in a small zip lock bag along with sea salt (commercial table salt is not healthy, sea salt is).
